The Mustard Wharf residential development scheme has provided over 200 new living spaces for Leeds renters, in three stylish residential blocks that overlook the Leeds-Liverpool canal.

We delivered a comprehensive works package of Section 278 works, public realm, and all external hard and soft landscaping both around the development. This included the realignment of adjacent public road, Wharf Approach, involving new kerbing, drainage, ducting and resurfacing.

Our careful paving work refreshed the canal towpath without disturbing the historic lock gates or lock-keeper’s cottage.
