SOYO, Leeds

Moda New York Square, part of Phase 1 of the SOYO mixed-used development in Leeds, comprises over 500 residential apartments and numerous shared spaces for renters in the city.

We delivered a full works package in two phases over a seven month duration, including part Section 278 works to St Cecilia Street and Playhouse Square. Our construction of the SOYO Moda Living public realm central boulevard included hard landscaping, supporting structures, drainage, ducting routes, and general infrastructure works.

In total we laid over 1500m² of lemon sandstone paving, along with Kellen paving and the installation of granite walling and steps.

Moda New York Square opened to residents in November 2022.
