The Majestic, Leeds

The Leeds city centre landmark The Majestic recently went through a three year restoration, carefully converting the historic building into modern office space while preserving its heritage.

We delivered substantial paving and Section 278 works around The Majestic, Leeds in collaboration with our clients, Sir Robert McAlpine. Our works primarily focused on the realignment of kerbs around the front of the building to incorporate the new dedicated cycle lane, helping to make the centre of Leeds more accessible for sustainable travel.

Works were delivered on time so that public use of the area could quickly resume.
